Deep ruby red with purple hues. Beautiful notes of cherry, raspberry, dark fruit cassis and hints of smoke. Full bodied, well-balanced with red fruit and dried figs on the palate. The finish is long on delicious! Goes well with Mediterranean prawns, braised leg of lamb, scallops with saffron, chicken tarragon, chocolate cake and brie.
