      Postage and Packaging

      We deliver to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not deliver to the Channel Islands for import duty purposes, nor do we deliver to British Forces Post Office addresses. Furthermore, orders with a delivery address in an especially rural location may be cancelled and refunded due to a high UPS surcharge to get it to you.

      Northern Ireland

      If you are ordering from Northern Ireland there are a couple of things you need to be aware of. It is more expensive for us to deliver to you. Please see the section about UPS Standard for more information. Additionally, customs charges may apply.

      Dispatching/Fulfilling

      Most orders are dispatched in 1-3 days. Some orders may take longer to dispatch for the following reasons:

      • We are out of stock, and have made arrangements for a delivery from a supplier.
      • We are awaiting delivery of packaging supplies.
      • We are physically unable to fulfil the order quickly (ie. out of office for business purposes).

      Please wait up to 5 business days for a dispatched/fulfilled confirmation email before getting in touch regarding this for the above reasons. 

      UPS Standard

      Typically delivered next business day after dispatch. There are exceptions for delays or remote locations. Our shipping rate for UPS Standard begins at £8.99 for up to 12 bottles, and steadily increases by order value. Northern Ireland fees for UPS Standard begin at £18.99 this is sadly unavoidable

      UPS Standard (Saturday Delivery)

      This special option allows the delivery of your order on a Saturday. Starting at £12.99 for up to 12 bottles. If you are ordering mid-week and need it for the weekend this is the best option. If we are unable to dispatch your order in time for a Saturday delivery we will refund you the difference between this option and UPS Standard. Not available for Northern Ireland customers.

      Local Delivery

      If you are located within 20 miles of our depot in Seaham (County Durham), you are able to select a local delivery option which is completely free of charge! We will then get in touch with you to discuss the perfect day and time for you to receive the delivery.

      Packaging

      All our orders are packed with individual bubble bags for each bottle, encased in a strong inner box by bottle head holders. With the inner box then placed into an outer box for double layered protection. The box is then noted to contain glass to ensure UPS handlers are extra careful with it.

      Age Verification (18+)

      As a further verification step to ensure the recipient is over the legal drinking age in the United Kingdom. Due to the nature of the goods in transit, UPS will require an adult aged 18 or over to receive and sign for the delivery. Requesting your order to be collected from a UPS Depot is not available on this basis. Additionally. If your order is being delivered with our Local Delivery option we may request photo identification of the recipient. Please ensure someone over the age of 18 is available to receive the delivery.

      Consignment Cancellation

      We reserve the right to restrict deliveries or terminate an active contract between you and our company in the event of numerous failed delivery attempts or delivery rejection by UPS for legal purposes (ie. underage recipient).
