How does ordering Cellar wines work?
Firstly, get in touch by dropping an email to jamie@robertsonwines.co.uk listing the wines you are interested in. Jamie will get back to you promptly with a price per bottle and for the order as a whole. If you want to go ahead, payment will be taken by BACS and delivery arranged. It's as simple as that!
Delivery by Robertson Wines
- Free delivery within 20 miles of our Seaham location (6+ bottles)
- Free delivery within 85 miles of our Seaham location (30+ bottles)
We offer delivery ourselves pending order quantity and customer proximity to our depot. This is the safest method of transportation for our cellar wines. Very flexible times and dates to suit your needs. Note: This is specific to our Cellar wines only.
Collection from Robertson Wines
Collection from our Seaham location can be arranged for any order from our cellar if you wish to avoid a courier network potentially damaging the order. Times and dates must be confirmed with us for any collection. If your order requires HGV transportation (pallet) you must bare that responsibility of cost, liability and organisation.
Delivery by Parcelforce
If you are ordering anything from 6 to 24 bottles we can send your order via our courier. Extra protective packaging will be used and your order will be insured. An extra protective materials and insurance surcharge will be added to our usual shipping fees.
