Returns Policy
Compensation for problematic orders is available in a few forms. In the event of an issue with your order, a refund will be offered to you under the following circumstances:
- Bottles damaged in transit will be either be replaced or refunded to you depending on your preference.
- If a bottle is found to be faulty or corked and you wish for a refund, you must send it back by pre-paid shipping with UPS for us to examine the state of the bottle(s). The outcome of the examination will determine the eligibility of your refund or replacement.
- We have insufficient stock to fulfil your order and will not have stock for over 5 days. We will contact you directly regarding any stock issues immediately after you place your order.
- You cancel your order before we have dispatched it. Please bare in mind once dispatched (fulfilled) it is no longer possible to cancel the order.
Other forms of compensation are as follows:
- Replacement of out of stock wines with products of equal or greater value than your order.
- Issue discount vouchers as an apology for disruption.
