Intense red in colour with purple reflections. It has an intense and persistent fragrance with delicate notes of red fruits and spices. As for taste it's soft, intense with pleasant scents of blueberry and blackberry with a well balanced tannin. Perfect with roasted and baked red meats, bushmeat and seasoned cheeses. This wine is a personal favourite of ours and we think it is even better than the Passo del Sud Appassimento!
