I AM UNABLE TO PROCEED TO CHECKOUT, WHAT IS WRONG?

If the button in your basket says 'invalid quantities' this means you have not added a multiple of 6 bottles to your basket. We package orders in cases of 6 or 12 depending on your order.

I HAVE SUCCESSFULLY PAID FOR MY ORDER, WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

We have it! Simply grant us some time to put your order together and arrange collection with our courier and you will receive an email informing you we have dispatched your package.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

In the email you receive once we have dispatched your package, there is a UPS tracking number. Either click on the number itself, or copy and paste it to this link here.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

No worries! Jamie Robertson, Company Secretary processes and administrates all online orders so just drop an email to jamie@robertsonwines.co.uk and he will see to it as soon as possible. Just be aware that once orders have been dispatched, cancelling an order is no longer possible.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.

CAN YOU SEND ME A VAT INVOICE?

Of course, drop an email to jamie@robertsonwines.co.uk and you will receive a copy within a couple of days.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A DELIVERY?

Don't fret. UPS will attempt delivery up to 3 times before they hold your package or return it to us. Sign up to UPS My Choice to gain greater control over your delivery.

HOW DO I SETUP A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT?
